Cancellation Policy

PA DAY CAMPS: If your child is unable to attend: Full refund if notified 24hrs or more before drop off time. 50% refund if notified less than 24hrs before drop off time. Please respect pick-up times. Pickup later than 15minutes past the stated pickup time will result in a $20 charge due upon pickup. FARM TOURS: Late-arrival policy: We have a 10 minute grace period between bookings. Anything over 10 minutes past the start time for your booking will be taken out of the 1 hour booking duration. No Shows: No refunds or partial refunds due to missed appointments/bookings without notice. Please note that if you miss three or more appointments in a row, you’ll have a six-month ban on booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late fee equal to 50% of the booking fee. We will E-transfer the other 50% back to you within 5 business days. Should Country Critter need to cancel your booking we will reach out to try and re-schedule. If a resolution is not met we will refund the entire amount back to you via e-transfer within 5 business days. PARTIES AND MOBILE FARM VISITS: 50% booking fee to secure your party or mobile visit. Remainder due morning of party/mobile farm visit. Late-arrival policy: We have a 15 minute grace period between bookings. Anything over 15 minutes past the start time for your booked party will be taken out of the 2.5 hour party duration. No Shows: No refunds or partial refunds due to missed appointments/bookings without notice. Please note that if you miss three or more appointments in a row, you’ll have a six-month ban on booking. This includes parties, farm tours, special classes and mobile farm visits. *If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not have their deposit returned. Should you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we will E-transfer the deposit back to you within 5 business days. Should Country Critter need to cancel your booking we will reach out to try and re-schedule. If a resolution is not met we will refund the entire amount back to you via e-transfer within 5 business days. Please set-up a rain date plan with us. If no rain date plan is discussed and it rains, Country Critter will not attend and no deposit refund will be issued. Thank-you for understanding.
